Responsibilities & Services

The Finance Department is responsible for all financial transactions within the Township. These transactions include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Accounts payable / payment of bills
  2. Purchasing
  3. Cash receipts
  4. Investment activity
  5. Debt service (bonds, notes, loans, etc.)
  6. Grant activity
  7. Payroll (including benefits, personnel, pension and payroll taxes)
  8. Vehicle title records
  9. Fixed asset records
  10. Various insurance records including surety bonds, property, liability, causality, etc.
  11. Township auction (typically done on a yearly basis)
  12. Developer’s escrow activity


The Finance Department does not charge fees for services other than standard copy charges for items that may be requested by the public.
