A Special Meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Roxbury was held on May 16, 2006 at Berkshire Valley Firehouse for a Town Hall Meeting.

 

OPEN PUBLIC MEETING STATEMENT

Adequate notice of this meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Roxbury was given as required by the Open Public Meetings act as follows:  Notice was faxed to the Daily Record, the Newark Star Ledger and the Roxbury Register on  May 1, 2006; notice was posted on the bulletin board in the main hallway of the Municipal Building on May 1, 2006.

 

ROLL CALL: (Present) Councilwoman Kathy DeFillippo, Councilmen John Ciaramella, Jim Rilee; Rich Zoschak and Mayor Martin Schmidt

 

Also Present:  Christopher Raths, Township Manager; Chief Mark Noll; Rick Blood, Assistant Director DPW.

 

PRESENTATIONS

 

Chief Noll gave a Presentation as to the operation of the Roxbury Police Department and answered questions from the public.

 

Rick Blood, Assistant Director DPW gave a Presentation as to the current activity planned in the Berkshire Valley area of the township pertaining to drainage, road projects etc.  Questions by the public were answered

 

ADJOURNMENT

At 8:45 PM Councilman Rilee made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  Councilman Ciaramella seconded the motion.
