given as required by the Open Public Meetings act as follows: Notice was
faxed to the Daily Record, the Newark Star Ledger and the Roxbury Register on
January 5, 2006; notice was posted on the bulletin board in the main hallway
of the Municipal Building on January 5, 2006.
